PSMJ’s FIVE POINT SAFETY PLEDGE ENSURES YOU CAN JOIN US WITH CONFIDENCE

At PSMJ, the health and safety of our attendees, instructors, and staff are of the utmost importance.  You can rest assured that we have implemented specific measures to ensure we deliver our programs safely and in compliance with the most current guidance and requirements with respect to COVID-19. Our five point safety pledge is a comprehensive multi-dimensional commitment to your health that we have implemented for each and every in-person PSMJ program.

Here's a summary of how we’re working to keep you safe at our events:

1. VENUE

You will be instructed to bring a face covering to the program.  If you do not have a face covering, we’ll provide you with one upon entering the venue. We’ll also have touchless hand sanitizing stations in various locations and require that all venue staff servicing our event wear face coverings and gloves when setting up the space.  Additionally, we require that venue staff wipe down tables, door handles, and other surfaces during breaks and that restrooms be sanitized on a consistent basis through the duration of the event.

2. ROOM LAYOUT

We’re limiting event capacity for our events and altering layouts to ensure that our meeting rooms are laid out to accommodate social distancing guidelines.  Prior to each event, all tables and chairs will be wiped down with disinfectant solution.  Meeting room doors will also be set in an open position to reduce contact with hard surfaces.

3. FOOD AND BEVERAGE

Food and beverage offerings will vary based on the city and venue of your program. However, we will provide boxed and pre-packaged food offerings, all coffee stations will be staffed with attendants wearing the appropriate personal protective equipment, and we’ll provide bottled water rather than pitchers.  Any shared food and beverage items will be sanitized before/after each use if single-use items are not available.

4. COURSE MATERIALS

We’ll provide workbooks and other course materials in a sanitary manner.  Course materials will also be available in digital format.

5. ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS

If you’d prefer not to attend one of our programs in-person, we’re making our most popular programs available in a virtual format that you can attend from the convenience of your home or office.  Visit www.psmj.com/training-programs for the latest list of programs and dates.

As conditions and guidance and requirements evolve, we’re constantly monitoring any significant changes and will adjust accordingly.

We look forward to seeing you soon at a PSMJ event!
