About Your Instructors
Kenneth C. Tichacek, Associate AIA has been actively engaged in the design and construction industry for over 35 years and is extremely well versed in all aspects of practice management. Ken has been a PSMJ consultant and seminar leader for more than eight years. In that role, he has presented popular seminars to over a thousand design and construction professionals and has helped scores of firms across North America. In addition to his work for PSMJ, Ken is the founder and principal of Think Like Your Clients, LLC. Trained as an architect at the Illinois Institute of Technology, Ken has served as vice president or director of client services for some of the leading A/E/C firms in the Northeast. He is a member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) and an Associate member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). Ken is a frequent guest lecturer for SMPS, AIA, ACEC and other professional organizations throughout the US and Canada.
William E. Hinsley III has been involved with the A/E/C Industry for more than 14 years, serving as a senior leader for W.S. Atkins and Arcadis. Previously, he was a Senior Management Analyst for two governors’ commissions focused on Everglades Restoration in South Florida. Bill’s extensive project management experience includes planning, engineering, procurement, and management of large civil works projects ranging in capital value from $1 million to $11 Billion. Following Hurricane Katrina, Bill led his firm’s proposal, negotiation, and ramp-up efforts to provide consultant program and project management support to the USACE New Orleans District’s repairs to the Southern Louisiana Hurricane & Storm Damage Risk Reduction System.

About Your Instructors
Frank A. Stasiowski, FAIA, is a counselor and advisor to leaders of many of the top design and construction firms in the United States, Canada, New Zealand, the UK, Switzerland, and Australia. He actively serves on the board of directors of major architectural and engineering firms throughout the world including one publicly-traded 4,000-person engineering firm. As an advisor to A/E/C firms worldwide, Frank helps his clients by challenging them to excel, and by assisting them to solve their problems and management issues.
Frank sees his role as one of helping clients and client teams to generate alternative action options, explore the pros, cons, risks and costs of those options, to provide recommendations but, ultimately, to allow clients to make their own decisions guided by his insight.
As a speaker internationally, Frank is best known as a Futurist predicting the direction of design and construction worldwide supported by his research data, and down-to-earth speaking style.
John Doehring, CMC is Executive Leader of Advisory Services and Training at PSMJ and is responsible for the company’s consulting and in-house training business worldwide. In addition to leading a diverse team of highly qualified professional consultants, trainers, and experts, John himself advises A/E/C firms in the areas of business strategy and planning, marketing and growth, organization development, and operations transformation.He has successfully led dozens of strategic business planning and operational improvement engagements for professional services firms of all types, sizes, and market focus. John’s passion is helping leaders to plan for the future, grow their business, and make more money. Before launching his management consulting career, John was Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer at Geologic Services Corporation (and later GSC|Kleinfelder), where he lead the firm’s planning, growth and organization improvement efforts.
