Mike D'Alessandro

Mike D’Alessandro, P.E., PMP has a Masters in Environmental Engineering, as well as more than 25 years of experience as a consulting engineer and firm leader. He currently serves as Director of Corporate Development for Geosyntec, a major environmental engineering firm, where his is responsible for project delivery, operations systems, and corporate development. Over the past 11 years he has been with PSMJ, Mike has worked with hundreds of A/E/C firms throughout on strategic planning, operations improvements, and project management initiatives.

 

Tim Griffin

J. Tim Griffin, P.E., MBA, LEED AP As a PSMJ consultant, Tim Griffin has published numerous management articles and trained hundreds of design firm principals across North America in best business practices.
