William E. Hinsley III With more than 16 years of A/E/C industry experience, Bill has used his extensive skills in business development to single-handedly attract more than $200 million of work. As a National Director, Bill also pioneered a successful $30 million business development plan. As part of this multi-million dollar BD strategy, Bill took risks—breaking into new services and attracting new clients—and as the client development lead on the project, the buck (all $30 million of it) proverbially and literally stopped with him.
Mike D’Alessandro, P.E., PMP has a Masters in Environmental Engineering, as well as more than 25 years of experience as a consulting engineer and firm leader. He currently serves as Director of Corporate Development for Geosyntec, a major environmental engineering firm, where his is responsible for project delivery, operations systems, and corporate development. Over the past 11 years he has been with PSMJ, Mike has worked with hundreds of A/E/C firms throughout on strategic planning, operations improvements, and project management initiatives.

He also authored the best-selling book Winning With Millennials: Attracting, Retaining, and Empowering the Next Generation of Design Firm Professional.
Jay McRae has 35-years of extensive experience in business development, operations, program and project management. Jay has personally trained hundreds of project managers and principals-in-charge on the principles of successful project delivery and financial management.
