Your program will be led by one of the following experience Instructors
William E. Hinsley III brings more than 16 years of A/E/C industry experience to PSMJ and has served as a Senior Management Analyst for two governors’ commissions and as Associate Vice President for two international A/E consulting organizations. Bill’s tenure spans the range of successfully opening a growing office at the age of 29, as an Emerging Leader himself, to that of leading and growing leaders as the Client Development director for an international consultancy.
William A. Sorrentino, Jr., P.E., PMP, DBIA thrives on mentoring rising stars to become future leaders of organizations. With more than 36 years of experience in the A/E/C industry, Bill has helped leaders grow their workforces through his tenures as Vice President of STV, Inc. and Deputy District Engineer and Chief of Engineering and Construction for the U.S. Army Corps. A professional Engineer certified in Project Management and Design Build, Bill travels around the United States talking in-depth with A/E firms and government agencies about new and best practices in the fields of leadership and project management/delivery.
Alan F. Bollinger, P.E. has more than 30 years in the engineering and construction industry and 20 years at PSMJ, Alan has personally trained more than 12,000 project managers on the importance of strong leadership in successful project delivery. As Vice President and Director of U.S. Operations for the U.S. Transportation Group at CH2M, Alan designed and launched his own leadership course to much acclaim, training hundreds of emerging leaders in his Group on how to reach their full potential and advance their careers. With this passion for developing leaders, Alan speaks at conferences nationwide about how to elevate leadership in the A/E industry.
